What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Technician position at Iverson Tomasino Goerss Eyecare?
Why did the cell phone go see an optometrist?
It needed contacts. :D
Now that we have that out of the way...
Are you hardworking? A team player? Someone who enjoys helping others while learning new things every day?
Tomasino Goerss Vision Source is growing, and we're looking for our next Optometric Technician
No experience? No problem.
We believe great team members are developed, not found. If you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to serve others, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
As an Optometric Technician, you'll play a key role in helping patients receive exceptional eye care. You'll gather patient information, perform pre-testing with advanced technology, educate patients about their eye health, and help create an experience that makes people feel welcomed, understood, and cared for.
And yes—you'll learn how we "bend light" to help people see better.

We care about the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We encourage healthy habits for both our patients and our team because caring for others starts with caring for ourselves.
Quiet Confidence
We create an environment where people feel comfortable, respected, and heard. We embrace differences and ensure every patient and team member feels confident in our care and valued for who they are.
