About us
We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, be able to troubleshoot technical issues, and have excellent customer service skills. The IT Technician will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on the use of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to users On site as needed.
- Monitor system performance and ensure security of data.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to users on the use of hardware and software applications.
- Have ability to install network equipment, these includes Voip phones, ip cameras and use ladders to provide cabling on site.
- Looking for 3 years or more experience in MSP IT support role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
