What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations & Growth position at Ivan and Mike Team?
We're hiring a Director of Operations & Growth.
We closed $298M last year without anyone whose full-time job was running the business. That's the job.
This seat has never existed on our team. Whoever takes it reports directly to Ivan and me, and owns the things currently held in two heads and a group chat: the KPIs and the dashboard behind them, CRM adoption, the AI and automation stack, vendor decisions, and coaching the people who deliver the work.
It isn't transaction coordination. Nobody hands you a file to push. You'll be asked what we should stop doing, then given the room to stop it.
Backgrounds that translate: luxury hospitality, private aviation, yachting, private banking, family offices, high-end retail. Anywhere clients pay a premium and notice the second the operation slips.
Five years is a preference, not a gate. If you've run something real and outgrew it, I want the conversation.
