## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. ## Duties - Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager - Provide leadership and guidance to retail staff - Assist in recruiting, training, and developing employees - Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising - Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs - Assist in pricing strategies and promotions ## Requirements - Prior experience in retail sales and shift management - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base - Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining stock levels - or multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of training development for staff improvement
