Work Environment
This role operates in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, moving equipment, and moderate noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Safety is a top priority.

Packaging Equipment Operator (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do
- Operate and adjust packaging equipment to meet production and quality targets
- Perform line set-ups, changeovers, and start-ups
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and partner with maintenance
- Complete quality checks and ensure accurate labeling of materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What you need to succeed
- 6 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience (or equivalent training)
- Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm) and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with packaging equipment (labelers, scales, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Prior production or warehouse experience

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
- Ability to work around machinery and industrial materials
- Must meet vision and hearing requirements necessary for a safe work environment
Compensation Information
- $17.80/hour $3.00 shift differential
- Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and parental leave
