Essential Duties:

Essential Duties:
- Safe conduct and operation of Mold Release Filling Equipment.
- Ability to use a computer to print labels.
- Proper set up and organization of work area.
- Ability to check lid fit, boxes compatibility, and skid packaging.
- Accurately follow written instructions on job ticket and perform quality checks.
- Help other team members/temps on their line when needed.
- Provide direction to temporary personnel as needed.
- Adherence to all housekeeping standards set for this department.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate a forklift.
- Act in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency within Windows based environment. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is a plus.
- Reliable and timely attendance required.
- Ability to work required overtime as needed.
- Able to stand to perform duties a majority of the work day aside from designated breaks and lunch.
- Able to work for long periods of time in an environment with exposure to heat, cold, or controlled chemicals.
