Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and parts into complete units or subassemblies following established procedures.
- Use hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Interpret and follow detailed written and verbal instructions for all work assignments.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality; rework or reassemble units as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Report any defects, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
