ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Piedmont, SC.
In This Role, You Will
2nd Shift Schedule:1pm-9pm OR 4pm-12am, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed.
Education And Experience
Associate degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
In This Role, You Will
- Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
- Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, air compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical devices
- Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturers specification
- Perform general maintenance operations
