Connect and Control Technologies: A leader in critical applications for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets, including harsh environment connectors and control components. Our leading brands include ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.
- Implement and develop online and manual pricing tools for responsible product lines in coordination with the pricing team to improve pricing responses and maximize revenue and margin with the goal of achieving a sub 5-day average turnaround time on all quotations
- Manage product cost reduction activities and market price strategies to improve margins and closure rates on quotes and contract pricing agreements – achieve a minimum 15% closure rate on relevant product lines
- Manage customer facing activities that results in maximum product line value, developing product related collateral to the Sales team, distribution, and end customers as well as messaging that maximizes ITT Cannon’s competitive position within the market
- Develop marketing communications collateral in conjunction with marketing that optimizes messaging – build and execute a plan that includes a minimum of 1 marketing content release per quarter
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and oversee specific product development projects crucial to ensuring new product launches are achieved on schedule in accordance with the product roadmap
- Conduct and manage product related engineering activities through regular meetings to ensure engineering activities are supporting tactical and strategic product line objectives
- Key management point of contact responsible for all product related pricing and margin activities as well as tactical and strategic activities related to the product line.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline, MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Management, with Pricing, Sales, or Customer Service experience within the Aerospace industry
- Familiarity with electrical interconnect products
- Percent of Travel required, typically 25%-50%
Salary : $104,200 - $155,600
