ITSC Secure Solutions is expanding our network of experienced Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) professionals to support current and emerging opportunities supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and other critical national security missions.

We are building a pipeline of qualified Mid-Level, Senior-Level, and Master-Level professionals in Huntsville, Alabama; Aurora, Colorado; and Los Angeles, California for anticipated opportunities supporting complex missile defense, space, mission systems, systems integration, testing, and engineering activities.

Opportunities may include individual contributor, technical lead, and Master-level engineering roles depending on experience, qualifications, and program requirements.

Experience Levels

Mid-Level SEIT Professionals — 5–9 Years

Candidates should generally have:

• 5–9 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in systems engineering, integration, test, verification and validation, systems architecture, or a related technical discipline
• Experience supporting complex aerospace, defense, space, missile defense, or national security systems
• Ability to independently perform technical assignments and contribute within multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Senior-Level SEIT Professionals — 10–14 Years

Candidates should generally have:

• 10–14 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience performing complex systems engineering, integration, test, verification, validation, or related technical activities
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, space, missile defense, or national security programs
• Ability to lead technical activities, mentor engineering staff, and coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines
• Experience engaging with government customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and other technical stakeholders
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Master-Level SEIT Professionals — 20 Years

Master-Level candidates represent the highest level of technical expertise within this talent pipeline and may be considered for Chief Engineer and Principal Engineering roles, or other senior technical authority roles.

Candidates should generally have:

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant professional experience supporting complex DoD, Missile Defense, Missile Warning, space, or related national security systems
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related technical discipline
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Chief Engineer, Chief Systems Engineer, Chief Architect, Principal Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, or equivalent enterprise-level technical authority
• Extensive experience leading complex systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, test, or system-of-systems engineering activities
• Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain system architecture, technical baselines, system requirements, interfaces, and performance standards
• Experience providing technical oversight across multiple engineering teams, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), or mission areas
• Experience supporting hardware and software design, integration, verification, and validation activities
• Demonstrated leadership in major technical reviews, readiness reviews, engineering assessments, trade studies, and technical decision forums
• Ability to identify and resolve complex enterprise-level technical and integration issues
• Experience coordinating with government SEIT organizations, program leadership, prime contractors, subcontractors, and other mission stakeholders
• Ability to provide senior technical guidance regarding system performance, technical risk, modernization, integration, and mission readiness
• Experience supporting complex Missile Defense, Missile Warning, space-based sensing, command and control, or related mission systems strongly preferred
• Active TS/SCI clearance required

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance
• Relevant systems engineering, integration, test, or related technical experience consistent with the Mid, Senior, or Master-level requirements above
• Experience supporting MDA, DoD, Space Force, or related national security mission environments
• Experience operating within structured engineering and development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience collaborating with government customers, contractors, and multidisciplinary technical teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and program leadership
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
