Key Responsibilities : Understand project contract terms and how they relate to billings. Prepare and post invoices using accounting software. Address customer inquiries related to billings. Follow up on aged receivables to ensure timely payments. Reconcile customer A / R balances and assist in month-end closings. Leverage advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
