It’s HIM is NYC’s rising membership-based social club and nightlife destination — known for elevated service, curated energy, and a signature atmosphere that blends luxury with community.
We are hiring a Club Manager who can own both the member experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Member & Guest Experience
- Warmly greet, check in, and seat members and guests, creating an elevated sense of welcome
- Manage member flow, guest movement, and floor awareness to ensure the vibe stays intentional and curated
- Recognize and prioritize regulars, VIPs, and members — making sure they feel seen and appreciated
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and special requests with professionalism and discretion
- Resolve issues before they escalate; act as the primary liaison between members, guests, and staff
- Maintain a polished, fashion-forward appearance that reflects the It’s HIM brand
- Assist with event coordination, table bookings, and energy management during peak hours
Managerial & Operational Duties
- Oversee nightly operations to maintain ambiance, service quality, and brand standards
- Conduct inventory counts, place orders, manage vendors, and maintain par levels
- Create, refine, and implement systems, processes, and SOPs that improve efficiency and elevate the member experience
- Collaborate with ownership to shape operational structure, training, and standards
- Monitor cleanliness, lighting, music levels, and overall environment to uphold the It’s HIM aesthetic
- Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of staff when needed
- Handle nightly reporting including cash-outs, incident logs, and operational notes
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years in hospitality management, guest relations, maître d’, or nightlife leadership
- Warm, confident, magnetic personality with exceptional communication skills
- Strong operational mindset — able to balance guest-facing charisma with behind-the-scenes execution
- Comfortable in high-volume, high-style environments with diverse, discerning clientele
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and stays composed under pressure
- Detail-oriented, brand-aware, and committed to delivering luxury-level consistency
