This role is designed for baristas who are comfortable owning their station, maintaining focus during service, and delivering a composed guest experience with minimal oversight. Precision, consistency, and an intuitive sense of flow are essential.
The RoleExecuting coffee and espresso service with accuracy and consistency
Managing the barista station with organization and attention to detail
Engaging guests with a calm, confident, and professional presence
Maintaining cleanliness, prep, and product standards throughout service
Supporting overall service flow in coordination with the front-of-house team
Prior barista experience in a hospitality or café environment
Strong technical understanding of espresso and coffee preparation
