We’re expanding our psychotherapy services and seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099).
Position Overview:
As a therapist with iTrust Wellness Group, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in a hybrid model or fully remote if preferred. We offer an established referral pipeline and administrative support, so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized therapy services, including assessments and ongoing treatment.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, state laws, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintain an active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
- Carry professional liability insurance.

Compensation:
- Payment structure is based on a fee-for-service model, with competitive rates for intake, follow-ups, group sessions, and crisis appointments.
