We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our team in La Verne.. This role is vital in supporting our property management / construction operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with our company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate transaction files, escrows and lenders
- Assist with real estate and construction marketing coordination and follow up
- Assist with customer follow up and correspondence
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
