- Support delivery of a single large project or multiple projects within a modular manufacturing facility
- Work closely with in-house craft, foremen, and ownership teams in a self-perform environment
- Plan and manage mechanical projects from concept through completion, coordinating all moving parts
- Apply Lean principles to optimise workflows and project delivery
- Manage project financials, ensuring performance, forecasting accuracy, and cost control
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple projects
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience within MEP or mechanical construction
- Proven experience managing multiple MEP projects within a contractor environment
- Experience with Design/Build and modular fabrication projects is advantageous
- Familiarity with Lean Construction tools and methodologies is a plus
- Experience across data centers, federal, industrial, or healthcare projects is beneficial
