Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain customer orders into the company's database
Assist with sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with customer service, sales, engineering and production team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and coordinating the flow of quotations
Maintain accurate records of customer orders
Identify and resolve any issues related to order entry and customer service
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role within an office environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
