Project Manager for Enterprise IT Managed Services RFP Development 

ITnova is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager III to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process to acquire a qualified managed services provider for Enterprise IT Operations. The Project Manager will manage gathering information from critical IT service towers including Service Desk, End-User Computing, Server & Storage, Database Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), all integrated with the organization's existing ServiceNow platform. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an enterprise RFP to procure a Managed Services Provider for IT Operations
• Define requirements across Service Desk, End-User Computing, Server & Storage, Database Management, CMDB, and ServiceNow integration
• Develop SLA frameworks, KPIs, reporting standards, escalation procedures, and service credit structures
• Document staffing requirements, including skill sets, coverage models, onboarding, and knowledge transfer processes
• Define ServiceNow configuration, integration, data migration, reporting, and enhancement requirements
• Establish vendor qualification criteria, including certifications, experience, security, and compliance requirements
• Develop pricing models, including base services, staffing, rate cards, and transition costs
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and obtain leadership approvals
• Manage the RFP lifecycle, including timelines, vendor communications, proposal submissions, and evaluations
• Coordinate vendor reviews, presentations, due diligence, and support final selection and negotiations
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Experience developing RFPs for IT managed services
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience working with ServiceNow and managed service integrations
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Strong written, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS, or similar)
• ITIL certification
• Experience with enterprise IT outsourcing or managed services transitions
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS compliance
• Background in IT infrastructure, operations, or enterprise environments
