Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise financial consolidation and close processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in FCCS configuration, financial consolidation, data integration, reconciliation, and Oracle EPM automation while collaborating effectively with finance and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
FCCS Administration & Configuration
- Configure and maintain FCCS metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and security components.
- Manage core FCCS dimensions including:
- Entity
- Account
- Intercompany
- Scenario
- Period
- Movement
- Multi-GAAP reporting structures
- Develop and maintain data forms, task lists, journals, workflow artifacts, and Close Manager integrations.
Financial Consolidation & Close
- Configure and support consolidation processes including:
- Intercompany eliminations
- Currency Translation Adjustments (CTA)
- Ownership management
- Consolidation rules and elimination logic
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Perform financial reporting validation and top-side adjustments.
Integration & Data Management
- Design, develop, and support data integrations from ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) into FCCS.
- Develop and maintain Data Management/Data Integration processes and file-based data loads.
- Perform source-to-target reconciliation between ERP systems and FCCS balances.
Automation & Development
- Develop and maintain:
- FCCS Business Rules
- Calculation Manager Rules
- Groovy Scripts
- EPM Automate Scripts
- Support process automation and application enhancements.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Investigate and resolve:
- Data load failures
- Mapping mismatches
- Consolidation discrepancies
- Intercompany imbalances
- Journal import issues
- Support production issues and application performance optimization.
- Participate in system tuning and enhancement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable FCCS solutions.
- Develop audit-ready documentation, process flows, and operational procedures.
Mandatory Skills
Oracle FCCS
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
- Deep understanding of FCCS architecture, configuration, and administration.
