We are seeking an Process Technology Operations Controls Trainer to join our team! You will be instructing in a classroom environment for Process Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Apply course lesson plans to deliver hands-on instruction in classrooms and laboratory settings.
- Promote and instill safe working practices.
- Instruct and train subject matter material to students.
- Assess the progress of the knowledge being transferred to the students.
- Measure student knowledge on subject matter.
- Previous experience in process technology, process operations, automation engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with intelligent and industrial software systems
- Familiarity with component level lab settings
- Familiarity with pressure, level, temperature, flow, and fluid dynamics a plus
- Strong background in refinery, chemical or manufacturing operations
- Class sessions are Monday through Thursday - No Fridays, no weekends.
- Daytime classes start at 8:00am til Noon and are taught one or two mornings a week.
- Evening classes start at 5:30pm sharp and are taught one or two nights a week.
