What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cybersecurity Instructor position at ITI Technical College?
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our faculty teaching in the Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence area. You will educate and mentor students from various backgrounds who are seeking to become IT / Cybersecurity and AI professionals. Qualified candidates would need experience and training in the IT areas listed below.
Experience in any or all of the following areas:
- Data analytics
- Software Engineering
- Artificial Intelligence - A I Services
- Virtualization Technologies
- Microsoft Technologies
- Machine Learning
- How to recognize and troubleshoot security measures and system issues
- How to monitor and secure systems from breaches, assessment of damages and more
- How to perform routine preventative measures on systems
- How to build and/or use collaborations with IT teams to ensure system security
- Understanding policies and procedures surrounding cybersecurity
- Understanding the formulation and use of artificial intelligence
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum three (3) years experience in an Artificial Intelligence and/or Cyber Security environment
- Proof of training
- formal education (Associate's Degree or higher)
- industry based certifications
Work Schedule:
Students are taught classes sessions are taught 5:30pm til 9:30pm Evenings on a Monday or a Tuesday or a Wednesday and some Thursdays.
