Brief Description: Various Business Office Clerical Duties to include, supporting Payroll and Accounts Payable, Grant reporting, Communicating and assisting building/department Administrative Assistants, logging funds received and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

- Must Possess flexibility, adaptability, good organizational skills, must be task oriented, work well under pressure. Must be eligible for appointment as a Senior Typist by Civil Service.

One year of full-time paid secretarial or clerical experience, or its part-time and/or volunteer equivalent.

Salary Range: $28.58 Based on the 25-26 EA salary grid, a new contract is currently in negotiations
