What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Technician position at Ithaca Bakery?
This position supports a busy retail food operation that is local, well established and highly regarded by the Ithaca community. Work is mainly independent but does include communication skill and teamwork. Hours are consistent and year-round. One weekend day. Prefer experience in general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and refrigeration/HVAC. Familiarity with mechanicals, motors, shafts, drives and gears a plus.
