Responsibilities
- Manage general construction and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects from start to finish.
- Oversee field operations and maintain strong relationships with project teams and subcontractors.
- Travel between project sites as needed and provide on-site leadership.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, safety, and project execution.
- Communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent, or similar leadership role in construction.
- Strong background in general construction; PEMB experience is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly and spend extended periods on project sites when necessary.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated professional who is focused on delivering quality work and achieving project goals.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
