Finance Associate (3–4 Years) – Real Estate & Debt Fund Transactions
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $260,000 (Cravath Scale for 3rd-Year Associates)

A national, full-service law firm is seeking a Finance Associate with 3–4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or debt fund transactions to join its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex financial transactions, including secondary market transactions, repo lines, note sales, and traditional real estate finance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of sophisticated finance transactions, including real estate and debt fund matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing and security documents
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on deal structuring and execution
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Provide strategic legal and business advice throughout the transaction process
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
- 3–4 years of experience in real estate finance or debt fund transactions
- Experience with complex deal structures (secondary market, repo lines, note sales, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Licensed to practice law (Texas Bar or ability to waive in)
