Warehouse Associate – Returns Processing & Product Testing (Day Shift)Join Our Growing Team!
We are a fast-growing returns management and processing company specializing in third-party customer returns. Every day, we receive returned merchandise from major retailers and carefully inspect, test, and process each item to determine if it meets our quality standards for resale.
This is more than a traditional warehouse position. While warehouse duties are part of the job, the majority of your day will be spent testing and evaluating returned products. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in ensuring products are functional and ready for their next customer.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, evaluate, and functionally test returned merchandise.
- Verify products are complete, operational, and meet company quality standards.
- Identify defects, cosmetic damage, missing parts, or other issues and accurately document findings.
- Repackage approved products to company standards, ensuring they are retail-ready.
- Sort and organize incoming returns efficiently.
- Safely move inventory and pallets throughout the warehouse using a manual or electric pallet jack.
- Maintain accurate records while meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating a manual and/or electric pallet jack.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize product defects or missing components.
- Comfortable using basic tools and following product testing procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
