Warehouse Supervisor oversees the operations in a warehouse. Responsible for supervising the work of Warehouse Assistants, the Warehouse Supervisor coordinates and implements logistical processes to ensure optimal operations to support field work.

Responsibilities
- Oversees operations for a portion of a warehouse or during an assigned shift.
- Coordinates a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and/or supplies.
- Tracks inventory by performing physical counts and verifying information against warehousing systems.
- Monitors operations for compliance with regulations governing materials handling, storage, and distribution where applicable.
- Follows and recommends process changes for safe and efficient operations.
- Ensures inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
- Monitors Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, and experience of at least one (1) year.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit
- Ability to use hands to handle or feet
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb and balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain all safety expectations
- Ability to work in various outdoor environments and conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and inclement weather.
- May need to work outdoors for extended periods.
