Title: Customer Service Representative
Client: State client
Location: Des Moines, IA 50319
Duration: 3 months (extended or converted to long term / full time)
Schedule: 1st shift; Mon-Fri 8AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
Computer software to be used:
- MS Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word and then our Proprietary Web-based System.
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
- HS graduate, customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes.
Desired skills:
- Able to learn information quickly and then turn around and communicate that information to callers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Will take back-to-back in bound calls dealing with unemployment experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.90 - $16.00 per hour
