We are looking for an experienced Workday Actimize IFM Developer with approximately 7 years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Actimize solutions for fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and financial crime management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support NICE Actimize IFM solutions.
Work with business and technical teams to understand fraud detection and financial crime requirements.
Develop and maintain fraud detection rules, scenarios, workflows, and alerts.
Configure and customize Actimize IFM components based on business requirements.
Develop and support integrations between Actimize and upstream/downstream systems.
Work with transaction and customer data to support fraud detection and monitoring.
Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support.
Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and support documentation.
Collaborate with QA, business analysts, architects, and other development teams.
Support SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and financial crime monitoring requirements.
