SAP S/4HANA EAM Lead - Location : Parsippany, NJ onsite
Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions, driving maintenance, scheduling, MRO warehouse integration, and Ariba procurement alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own EAM solution design (work orders, preventive/corrective maintenance, asset structures)
- Lead work management lifecycle (plan ? schedule ? execute ? close)
- Drive detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and compliance tracking
- Integrate EAM with MRO warehouse (directed picking, staging, inventory control)
- Lead SAP Ariba integration (procurement, services, PO lifecycle)
- Engage stakeholders across Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Support testing, cutover, and hypercare
Requirements:
- 10 years SAP EAM/S/4HANA experience
- Strong expertise in maintenance scheduling & MRO supply chain
- Hands-on Ariba integration experience
- Industry experience (manufacturing/utilities/oil & gas)
- Leadership & stakeholder management skills
