Job Summary:
Quality Inspector responsible for inspecting aero-engine hardware, verifying quality documentation, and entering technical data into internal and customer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using hand gages, optical comparators, and thread gages.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and quality requirements.
- Review C of C’s and quality records for accuracy and completeness.
- Support AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation.
- Identify and document non-conforming material.
- Enter and maintain accurate technical data in computer systems.
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant inspection/quality experience with a technical degree preferred, or 5 years without a technical degree.
- Experience with GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision inspection tools.
- Knowledge of AS9102 FAI and quality documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a procedure-driven environment.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work on-site in a distribution/shop-floor environment.
- Safety shoes required.
- Reliable transportation required
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
