Job Title: Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

- Shift Type: Rotating (12-hour variable shifts; must be willing to work both days and nights)

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in NICU (Level II or III experience required; Level III preferred)
- Certifications:
- BLS and NRP — required
- PALS and STABLE — required prior to start (can be obtained before start date if not held)
- Epic EMR experience: Required
- Floating: May float to Mother-Baby (MB), Pediatrics, or adult floors as needed (helping hands if outside NICU scope)
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 8–13 (private NICU rooms plus open bay overflow)
- RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1 to 1:3

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,300.00 per week
