Job Details
- Must willing to work ONSITE From DAY 1
- Break/Fix consists of 80% of a Lab Engineer? S workload?
Scientist interaction is a must.?
Implement the validated data backup solution on laboratory analytical equipment (equipment and software investigation, documentation, technical configuration) within R&D (GxP and non-GxP)?
Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory required?
Troubleshoot and implement data flows for scientific instruments ?
Understanding of Networking concepts, such as network topography, VLANSs, Static/Dynamic IPs, Subnetting, IT/OT Networks, and basic understanding of firewalls. Candidate should be familiar with the OSI model and how to troubleshoot different network layers?
Previous experience with validated systems (GxP) a plus?
Familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow?
In-depth knowledge in Microsoft OS including iOS and Linux a plus?
Image/Onboard new computers into the domain and onto the network
