If an entry-level developer role is unavailable, the employee may be placed in a supporting role such as testing/QA, analyst, or a similar position.

Roles And Responsibilities
- During the 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program (iTech U Cohort), the employee will be assigned a ServiceNow certification in which they will work on a self-paced study program to sit and pass the associated exam (Up to the cost of two exams will be covered by iTech AG).
- The employee will have hands-on development work on an internal ServiceNow Application, assuming assignments as necessary to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow tools and complete other assignments as tasked during this program.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Must have passed CSA exam)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, and customer-centric attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of JavaScript.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Must have passed CSA exam)
- The ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
