Overview:
iTech AG is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Principal Technical Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering advanced ServiceNow SecOps implementations. This role combines deep technical skill with strategic leadership, ensuring large-scale, high-impact deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical authority for Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Platform Analytics, and SecOps integrations.
- Architect end-to-end SecOps solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
- Lead complex workshops, provide expert guidance on system design, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Configure advanced workflows, automations, and integrations with security tools and enterprise systems.
- Oversee technical quality across sprints, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant configurations.
- Mentor technical teams and support strategic roadmap planning with customer leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Vulnerability Response (VR) experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale SecOps implementations.
- Expertise in VR architecture, data modeling, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
- Strong scripting, integration, and platform development background.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive high-impact outcomes. Experience designing integrations and custom platform solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-VR certifications
Security:
