ITE Management, a leading investment manager specializing in the transportation sector, is looking for an experienced Associate to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Investment team in New York. Today, the firm manages over $12bn of assets globally across rail, intermodal, aviation, and emerging technology strategies with office locations in New York City (HQ), Chicago, St. Louis and London.
This role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management, with direct exposure to senior investment professionals and Investment Committee decision-making. The Associate will develop deep expertise in transportation and real asset investing, working on complex, asset-backed opportunities across rail, intermodal, aviation, and emerging technologies. Operating within a lean and collaborative team, the individual will have significant visibility, ownership, and the ability to contribute to both investment outcomes and the firm’s continued growth, with clear potential for increased responsibility over time.
Responsibilities:
Extensive corporate financial modeling (debt and equity) and asset valuation
Qualitative and quantitative business, financial, and other due diligence evaluation in conjunction with the deal team and third-party advisors
Preparing internal materials including Investment Memorandums and transaction analysis for presentation to Investment Committee
Monitoring and supporting investment assets and portfolio companies
Investment research including industry / sector analysis
- 3 years investment banking or investment firm experience
- Strong academic record
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to manage a process from start to finish with true ownership in areas that might be new to both the individual and even the firm
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to take direction but also to be independent

Salary Range:
Estimated base salary range for this position is: $120,000-$175,000. Employees will also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
