Field Marketing Strategy & Operations Specialist (6147)

itD is seeking a Field Marketing Strategy & Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and reporting across a portfolio of field marketing programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns, events, and executive programs are supported by scalable processes, accurate data, and clear visibility for sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in marketing operations and data management, along with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and enabling high-impact program execution.

Duration: Potentially 2 years

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage core Field Marketing trackers, ensuring real-time accuracy and usability for sales and marketing teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enrich account data, resolve gaps, and ensure alignment across programs
• Create and manage campaign infrastructure including campaign codes, meeting IDs, and program tracking hubs
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, opportunity alignment, and nomination pipelines
• Perform QA across reporting tools, dashboards, and data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support pre- and post-event reporting, analyzing data to inform targeting strategies and program effectiveness
• Assist in building executive-ready materials, including briefings, presentations, and program decks

Internal Responsibilities:
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or related roles
• Experience working with marketing and reporting systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, Cvent, and SharePoint
• Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience supporting executive-level engagement programs and high-touch events
• Familiarity with campaign performance tracking and opportunity influence reporting
• Experience with executive communications, reporting, or leadership presentations
• Prior experience working with Cisco environments or related programs

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
