- Process Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Docket Reduction Strategy: Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline case management for over 7 million non-detained cases.
- Automated Case Review: Design workflows that automatically identify cases nearing the end of the immigration lifecycle and flag them for expedited review, replacing manual file dredging with algorithmic targeting.
- System Integration: Support the automation of updates to federal systems (EARM), ensuring that critical data points—like criminality changes or final order status—are updated within strict 5-to-10-day operational windows.
- Predictive Modeling: Create data models to identify high-priority cases based on risk factors, criminality, and public safety threats.
- Operational Reporting: Generate actionable insights and ad-hoc analysis for ICE Headquarters, converting raw call center metrics into strategic intelligence.
- Visualization: Design executive-level dashboards using Tableau, Power Pivot, and Excel to visualize trends, patterns, and linkages in criminal alien data.
- Bot & Script Deployment: Customize automation tools to streamline data collection and reporting, monitoring their reliability to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Civil Fines & Bonds: Architect the data logic required to generate minimum daily quotas (500 ) of actionable civil fine packets and track immigration bond lifecycles.
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or business intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel (VBA/Macros), Access, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to formulate and define system scope and translate complex business needs into technical system specifications.
- Communication: Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical law enforcement leadership.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar low-code/no-code workflow platforms.
- Familiarity with federal datasets (e.g., NCIC, EARM, ACRIMe) or similar law enforcement case management systems.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or implementation.
