Product Manager

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 7–10 years of product management or techno-functional experience supporting business operations, supply chain technology, or enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of order management, inventory control, merchandising tools, and planning platforms.
• Practical experience working with systems such as NetSuite ERP, Clarity IMS, Teamwork Commerce OMS, and related planning technologies.
• Familiarity with modern integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) and API-driven data exchange.
• Strong competence in 3PL and WMS integrations, as well as order routing and allocation processes.
• Track record of guiding and developing junior product professionals.
• Excellent analytical abilities paired with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional product efforts spanning supply chain, planning, and merchandising domains.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and collaborative leadership style.
