Location: Chattanooga, TN | Hybrid
We’re seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead platform architecture, governance, and strategic development for a large-scale ServiceNow environment.
The ideal candidate will combine deep ServiceNow technical expertise with enterprise architecture experience, helping establish scalable, secure, and reusable platform capabilities aligned with business and technology objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, administer, and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Establish platform architecture standards, governance frameworks, reusable components, and reference architectures.
- Lead strategic infrastructure planning and platform roadmaps aligned with business and product strategies.
- Embed security, compliance, automation, and governance into self-service platform capabilities.
- Drive platform standardization, reuse, and self-service adoption to improve delivery efficiency.
- Partner with enterprise and solution architects, SREs, security, data, and cloud teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Extensive experience leading architecture and governance for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementations, administration, and architecture.
- Strong expertise in CMDB and core ServiceNow modules.
- Proven experience developing platform standards, governance models, and scalable architectural solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification.
- Experience with ITAM/ITOM, GRC, SPM, or TPSM modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Familiarity with network and server platform security.
