Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Databricks solutions for enterprise reporting and data management
- Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows within Databricks
- Partner closely with Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, and AI teams
- Support enterprise AI initiatives leveraging modern data platforms
- Assist with data integration, transformation, and analytics projects
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices
- Occasional travel for kickoff meetings or client onsite visits may be required
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Databricks experience (Required)
- Strong experience with Data Warehousing concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics environments
- Experience working alongside Data Science or AI teams
- Python and SQL experience
- Experience building scalable data pipelines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- AI / Machine Learning exposure
- Experience supporting AI-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms
- Experience with Anthropic Claude or similar LLM platforms
- Experience with modern data platforms and reporting solutions
- Azure Databricks preferred
- Spark / PySpark
- Delta Lake
- MLflow
- Data Engineering background
