Basic Duties and Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks.
- Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools.
- Diagnose and solve mechanical problems.
- Repair equipment as well as perform routine maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year practical work experience in maintenance field.
- Good mathematical, mechanical and technical skills.
- Must be able to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- NCCER Millwright Certification is Required.
