PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Solution Experience team is an integral part of the sales cycle and even more importantly, the pre-sales cycle. As part of the Solution Experience Team, you will support organizations like pre-sales, sales, and solution management worldwide by providing demo systems and compelling content that allows SAP to showcase its solutions throughout the world.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Be a core part of the a global and remote demo solutions team with a primary focus on the IBP solution set. You will have the opportunity to always work with the latest IBP release and work in close collaboration with product and solution management on new features and innovative demos. You will also have the chance to expand the learning in complementary solutions like Ariba SCC, SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA PP/DS, eSPP etc

Key focus will be:

• Build standard IBP content leveraging newer release features with storyline
• Build custom demos to cater specific customer needs
• Provide support where needed to pre-sales on IBP demo scripts and content
• Engage in demo projects that include: demo design, configuration, integration interfaces, testing, documentation and roll out

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree
• Product Support or Consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP SCM portfolio
• 7 years of hands-on IBP experience
• Certification in SCM APO/IBP
• Strong communication skills
