GOVERNMENT AGENCY : DOJ EOIR
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-time
LOCATION: Falls Church, VA; Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days telework); Note: The initial onboarding period (30-60 days) may require additional onsite presence per DOJ EOIR policy.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance (required prior to start; processing typically takes 4-6 weeks)

ITC Federal is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure professional with strong experience administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Azure, while providing Tier II operational support in a mission-critical federal environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining, securing, and modernizing enterprise systems that directly support DOJ operations.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Tier II systems and desktop support in an enterprise Windows environment
- Administer and support Windows Server 2022 and legacy server upgrade paths
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and access controls
- Support Windows 10/11 operating systems across desktops and laptops
- Perform system imaging, hardware provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Support and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 / M365 applications
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and secure remote access solutions
- Support and troubleshoot Zscaler and endpoint security tools
- Conduct software installations, testing, and patching
- Assist with vulnerability management and remediation efforts
- Document procedures and collaborate with engineering and security teams
REQUIRED:
- Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance
- 7 years of relevant IT systems administration experience
- Strong experience with Windows Server (2019/2022)
- Hands-on experience administering Active Directory
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Tier II support experience in an enterprise setting
- Azure administration
- Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments
