Manhattan WMS Technical Lead / Consultant – SQL | Warehouse Management | L2 Production Support
Location: Memphis, TN 38128 – 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Technical Lead / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS and SQL to provide L2 production support in a warehouse management environment.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS
- Strong SQL experience
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management / Warehouse Operations
- Experience providing L2 production support
- Incident and service request resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Manhattan WMS technical issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Manhattan WMS and resolve incidents/service requests.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive issues through resolution.
- Work closely with warehouse operators, business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze and resolve Manhattan WMS and SQL-related issues.
- Support warehouse management operations and related processes.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for incident resolution and ongoing support.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
