Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IBM TRIRIGA Support Lead with strong hands-on expertise in TRIRIGA platform administration, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will manage support operations, incident resolution, integrations, and configuration changes while ensuring high system availability and compliance with SLAs. This role requires deep TRIRIGA module knowledge, data model understanding, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite and ensure system stability and uptime.
Lead incident resolution, troubleshooting, RCA, and technical analysis for TRIRIGA-related issues.
Manage TRIRIGA modules, including Real Estate Management and related functional areas.
Perform configuration changes, workflow updates, data imports, and UI component adjustments.
Monitor and support TRIRIGA integrations with upstream and downstream systems; coordinate with integration teams.
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure SLA compliance and drive continuous service improvements.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and actionable tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional technical groups.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform.
Deep understanding of TRIRIGA Data Models, Workflows, BOs, Forms, UI Components, and Object Migration.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Ability to analyze issues, perform RCA, and deliver clear technical solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to convert business requirements into technical tasks.
Desired Skills
IBM TRIRIGA Certification.
Experience in Real Estate or Facility Management systems.
Knowledge of cloud-hosted environments.
Experience Required
