Responsibilities
- Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base.
- Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialist and operations areas in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution, completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews.
- Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to, trades, transfer, wire transfer, credit, and investment.
Qualifications
- Series 7 License
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of industry related experience
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must
- Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itau’s related policies and procedures
