What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Associate (Portuguese Speaker) position at Itau US?
Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base.
Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialist and operations areas in a timely and professional manner.
Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution, completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews.
Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to, trades, transfer, wire transfer, credit, and investment.
· Series 7 License
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 5 years of industry related experience
· Fluent in Portuguese
· Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itau’s related policies and procedures
