Job Details
Role Description:
- Experience in End user Devices Support (Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Printers, Scanners)
- Possesses a good knowledge of network devices like routers, switches, Wireless Access points and firewalls
- Experience in handling Incidents through an ITSM platform and actioning it.
- Able to work in 24 x 7 shifts on a rotational basis
- Strong analytical and deductive skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact across multiple disciplines
- Mobility to walk around the Airport terminal (only 1 Site) inspecting devices and report issues.
- Experience in Creating and maintaining documentation manuals required for the job
- Ability to carry equipment like Laptops Desktops Cables and install at a place of requirement
