1. Cocktail & Beverage Program Execution
• Prepare and serve exceptional cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Work closely with the bar director and chefs to develop seasonal and menu-paired cocktails.
• Maintain knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and innovative mixology trends.
• Uphold high presentation standards with garnishes, glassware, and ice quality.
2. Guest Experience & Hospitality
• Provide elevated and engaging service, anticipating guest needs and tailoring recommendations.
• Explain cocktail components, spirits, and pairing suggestions with enthusiasm and expertise.

3. Bar Operations & Efficiency
• Manage bar mise en place, ensuring all ingredients, syrups, and garnishes are prepped to standard.

• Handle rare and expensive spirits with care, monitoring inventory and minimizing waste.
4. Collaboration & Training
• Work in harmony with the kitchen, sommelier team, and front-of-house staff to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Stay current with industry trends, new spirits, and bar techniques, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Mentor junior bartenders and support team training initiatives.

• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and food pairings.
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, including fat washing, infusions, and clarified cocktails.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
